Marie has been in the Residential property management industry for over 20 years, and is the leader in her field of managing large, 1,000 unit properties. She began her career overseeing the daily operations of large-scale properties in Springfield including Chestnut Towers & Chestnut Park, Maple Commons and Bay Meadow Apartments. She has also directly overseen and managed properties in Providence, RI and Bonita Springs, FL, earning several certifications and awards over the years, including becoming a Certified Manager of Community Associations Designation in 2004, Professional Community Association Manager Designation in 2008, and was Voted Manager of the Year WCI in 2000.
Mike has been in the property management and real estate fields for over fourteen years, and is well known in the local area for his experience in tenant and owner relations. A member of the Realtor Association of the Pioneer Valley, Mike has developed a strong reputation with many local landlords, and local housing authorities. Mike's tenacity and work-ethic has led to a successful track-record of selling and purchasing investment property, rental collections and evictions, and is also experienced with handling Housing Court legal matters. With his ten plus years as a real estate agent in Western Mass, Mike is extremely knowledgeable of the local housing and rental markets.
Cliff has over 25 years of property management, management operations and building maintenance experience and prides himself on increasing revenue for his clients. He began his career in property management as a 19-year old, purchasing his own income properties to manage before entering the private sector. He then spent over 10 years as an Operations Manager of scientific research firm, where he was in charge of increasing revenue and decreasing costs by increasing efficiency. A lifelong native of Western Mass, Cliff has returned to property management and has a good relationship with many of the local vendors and trades services who are crucial to any rental property. He also has a experiences in handling and overseeing maintenance and construction crews, and has even been seen providing building maintenance himself
